REFUND POLICY

No Refunds!!!!!!

Michigan Autism Academy will charge 50.00 cancellation/reschedule fee:

1) If you register and your company says you registered for the wrong class. so please contact your company before you make your payment.

2) If you register on the same day and call to cancel for any reason

3) If you get sick and have to reschedule

4) If you have any other reason

You are registering for an ONLINE TRAINING, it is your responsibility to complete the online training in its entirety. Failure to complete the online course will result in the cancellation of the class in which you will have to go through the enrollment process again.

We reserve the right to keep 100% of your payment if you cancel 1-3 days before training, so please be sure you are signing up for the right class.

If training is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control:

1) Low class enrollment

2) Weather

3) Power outage

4) Natural emergencies

Michigan Autism Academy will issue a gift card which is only good for training at our location or you can reschedule your training for a future date at no charge.

If you decline to take the classes that are available,  you will not be refunded.
